When the story, themes and style had been decided on we started the constrction of several 3D scenes to give the audience an insight into the style and world that we were trying to create.

The first of these was a 'before the city' scene where we would find our protagonist as a child playing in the garden before the city closed around him. This was the most straight forward scene we created for the pitch as the focus was on the house and the background was intended to be kept fairly simple the emphisise the closing in of the city.
